Judith is an experienced, qualified UKCC Level 3 triathlon coach complimenting her vast experience as a swimming and sports science teacher. In addition to 1:1 coaching, Judith has also been involved in the design and delivery of several novice triathlon training courses across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire on behalf of Triathlon England. She has coached several athletes who have achieved age group places to represent Great Britain at several differences. No matter what your goal, you will be supported in your training to achieve it.
Pricing Structure
Set up fee - £49
The set up fee includes evaluating each individual athlete in terms of where they are now, any injuries, their back ground, their life style in order to produce a training programme that specifically meets their needs as well as helping them to achieve their goals. This is done through a 1:1 appointment with your coach, who will look at your biomechanics and will carry out some testing to see where you are now.
Option A - £59 per month
You will get a monthly training plan, using Training Peaks, which is a specifically designed online training and nutrition software for triathletes and cyclists. In addition, you will get a response within 48 hours to any emails and one 20 minute phone call a month.
Option B - £99 per month
You will get a monthly training plan, using Training Peaks, which is a specifically designed online training and nutrition software for triathletes and cyclists. In addition, you will get a response within 24 hours to any emails. In addition you can choose between
One 20 minute call per week
Or one 20 minute call per month and one hour of 1:1 coaching per month.
Additional 1:1 sessions
£39 per hour plus £10 for every additional 15 minutes (this doesn’t include expenses such as pool hire). This may be for additional testing, swim stroke analysis, run analysis
Retul Bike Fit
In addition to the above, there is also discounted bike fits at £150 using the Retul System that is also part of Triathlon Specific.
